A: This playlist was created to house the tunes that encapsulate the workout/cardio edition of my Shuffle and Wine playlist on Spotify. Right before the Pandemic hit my girlfriends and I were galavanting through the streets of Trinidad Carnival to the sounds of Soca and freedom. Join me from warm up to cool down with this 1h15 min Soca enriched cardio session!
