- 1 TBSP nutritional yeast
- Drizzle of olive oil (approximately 2TBSP)
- 1 TSP salt
Remove the kale from the stem and rip into bite-size pieces. Sprinkle the nutritional yeast, olive oil and a pinch of salt over the Kale. Massage the kale with your hands. Lay the kale flat on a baking tray with a little room in between each piece. In a preheated oven, bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes until crunchy with golden brown edges. Sprinkle with some finishing salt.
