[Un]

Who are you ?

[AS]

I wish I knew it myself!

[Un]

Tell us about your playlist.

[AS]

It’s gonna be a whole day-vibe from morning until late night to dance, sing and loose up to 💃🏻

[Un]

What are you working on right now?

[AS]

I am very focused on my personal work that involves performance, self-portrait, sound...a 360 sensorial experience that uses the process of creativity for healing.

[Un]

What are you working on next?

[AS]

I hope I don’t ever stop working on that, ever!

[Un]

What is the best story from a set or performance?

[AS]

I had my first performance ever in the streets of Mexico City, next to the Palacio de Bellas Artes. Our performance consisted in fighting each other with these masks (can’t reveal too much yet) but we took it so seriously and connected so much with the root and anger of this performance that I ended up with my lip open and bleeding quite crazy. It sounds a bit mad but it made me feel so alive that was a before and after for me, artistically speaking. I hope I can share this performance with you soon.

[Un]

What is the best sound?

[AS]

For me a very raw and deep drum. It can make me transcend and get out of my body.

[Un]

What is your favorite part of your creative process?

[AS]

The process itself, the preparing and getting the materials and drawing the sketches and feeling the feelings and making the things. Sometimes it is the dirty hands you get after painting.

[Un]

What is your favorite color?

[AS]

Marsala.

[Un]

What artist do you admire the most?

[AS]

I have so many artists that I love and admire but Cindy Sherman, Vanessa Beecroft, Zanele Muholi...

[Un]

If you were a cocktail, what would you be?

[AS]

Mezcal, ginger and honey with a touch of 🌶🔥

[Un]

What is the greatest feeling in the world?

[AS]

Dancing.

[Un]

What was the last thing that made you laugh really hard?

[AS]

Any time I’m around my friend Alex Moli.

[Un]

What is the last text message in your phone?

[AS]

“We are looking for a solution, don’t worry”

[Un]

What was the last song you listened to on repeat?

[AS]

“Delito” by Nathy Peluso.

[Un]

If you could supervise music for a TV show or a movie, what would it be?

[AS]

Maybe too obvious but ‘Euphoria’ on HBO.
